Rights Alliance – acting against illegal trade

Rights Alliance works mainly against different forms of internet crime. Mainly we use preventive measures. In some cases this is not enough, we then have the competence to move forward with legal claims. We will give you an overall strategy to act effectively against the crime. Different measures are often needed to achieve certain results.

Piracy is the most common illegal trade that we have worked with. It is a growing problem for society and is estimated to cost the EU 50 million Euro - every year. Piracy Is often closely linked to other criminal activities that affect both individuals and businesses. When it comes to pirated goods such as brake linings, food articles and cosmetics illegal products could lead to serious personal injuries.

The organization has its background in Svenska Antipiratbyrån. Our coworkers have long working experience in the field. We work for both Swedish and international rights holders.
